Polices and Procedures:
Our Policies and Procedures are established to ensure safety for every client and artist. Additional information may be provided upon request. These Policies and Procedures are formed on no bias but as a precaution for clients and artists alike. We appreciate your understanding and would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Please reach out if you have any further inquiries.
1
Guests / Children
At our tattoo shop, we take our customer safety and satisfaction seriously. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we have developed a few policies that must be followed. We ask for limited guests as only one person is allowed back at a time. For safety reasons, we ask that no children be present in the shop. Although we are a clean shop, there is bio hazardous material that we do not want children getting into. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us or your artist directly. Thank you for understanding.
2
Deposits / Payment / Refunds
When making a deposit, please note that all deposits are sent directly to the artist and not the shop. Payment should also be given to the artist directly.
Deposits are required for any artist, each artist has a different deposit amount. Without a deposit, your appointment is not in stone. Deposits account for the drawing time an artist put towards your tattoo. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel or no show, please see the below section.
Payment is preferred cash as it is best for artist. Any digital banking transfers will include a 5% service fee.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any of our services. However, depending on the case to case scenario, refunds may be granted but this is to be determined by the artist.

Cancelation / No show
We require a non-refundable deposit for all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your tattoo. Cancellations and no shows significantly affect an artist's time. Therefore, we kindly ask that you give us a minimum of one weeks notice if you need to reschedule. If you need to cancel within the week of your appointment, another deposit will be required. Similarly, if you do not show up for your appointment, another deposit will be required. The original deposit given will not go towards the final price, as without notice effects an artists ability to schedule another appointment. We understand emergencies happen, please communicate with your artists if something comes up- they may be understanding towards the situation and not ask another deposit. Communication is key here.

Tattooing Minors
At our tattoo shop, we take age restrictions very seriously. The minimum age for tattoos is 17, however this can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and even then we may not tattoo a minor for a multitude of reasons.
